We know that it is in the DNA of our social structure that individuals make a family, families make a community and Communities make a society. Taking it further, we believe that Individuals empowered in the factors of happiness – social, cultural, economic, educational, political and health – make their family, empowered. Empowered-families make their community empowered and as a result, an empowered-society is created.

VBF’s philosophy is evolved out of this belief. Sociological theories have proven that if given an opportunity, socially deprived individuals and communities grow faster than a normal individual or a regular community.

Now, we, Vipras are exactly in this situation of deprivation. Once, at the pinnacle of social strata (never economically, though) with revered status, we are now below the lowest social strata, chasing all possible avenues for opportunities.

No community can survive unless there is a will and wish to do so. We, at VBF believe that “Economic Empowerment would benefit the individuals and the community to regain our own self-esteem, self-pride and charisma and in turn build a self-esteemed, self-proud and charismatic society and the Nation”.

Vipra community has served millions and has contributed in creating lakhs of successful businesses. But we will have to understand that It is time to be an employer than an employee. However small is our business, let us stick to it and help one another grow. No more king-making, let us be Kings!! Let us create empires!!
